You do not need to "sign up" before the competition deadline. As long as you submit your pitch video by July 15th 11:59 PM (PST), you are entered into the competition.

You will receive a confirmation email within 48 hours.
Is it safe for me to upload a video of myself to this competition? Am I required to show my face?

It’s completely safe to include yourself in your video; we will not be sharing your content to people other than the judges without your consent. You are not required to show your face if you don’t feel comfortable.

Do we have to be a middle school student to participate?

Yes, our competition is only for middle school students in the 2019-2020 school year.
Do I have to be a Washington State student in order to participate?
